Privacy Policy · Updated October 12, 2026
Decidjinn is operated by Joseph Rivera, operating as Stone Shell Studios, in New York, United States. This policy explains how information is handled when you use Decidjinn, this website, or contact support. Contact: support@decidjinn.com.
Information you provide
If you create an account, we process your email address, account identifier, and authentication information to provide sign-in and account recovery. Your lists, wheels, groups, preferences, drafts, and decision history are stored on your device. A Free account synchronizes up to three saved Decide lists and three wheels plus basic preferences. Verified Pro also synchronizes saved groups, custom packs and covers, Trivia Personal Bests, and recent decision history. Active games, drafts, notification settings, ad consent, and purchase flags stay on the device. Cloud data remains readable and exportable after Pro expires, while backup of Pro-only content stops.
If you contact support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. Sharing a result or list sends the content you select to the destination you choose.
If you join the website launch list, we store your email address separately from app accounts and use it only to send one launch announcement. Joining the list does not create an app account. You can request removal at any time by emailing support@decidjinn.com.
Continue with Google uses Google to verify your identity and Supabase to create or access your Decidjinn account. We process the verified account identifier and basic identity information, including your email address and any profile name supplied by Google. This sign-in does not request ongoing access to Gmail, Drive or other Google API data, and it does not grant Pro. Your public community username is separate from your email address.
Public community content and moderation
Saving privately or sharing a file does not publish content to the community. When you submit a wheel or game pack for community review, we receive its shareable content and your account identifier. Approved listings show your public username and submitted wheel options or pack prompts and cover. Other people can download independent copies. Do not include private information in public submissions.
Reports include the reported listing or revision, your account identifier and the reason you provide. Reports and moderation reasons are available to authorized reviewers, not to the public community. We store account-specific creator blocks and moderation records to handle complaints, prevent abuse and operate the review process. Blocking filters that creator's content in the relevant community browser; it does not erase copies you already saved. You can unblock creators in that browser. Moderators can reject, hide or remove content.
Notifications
Notifications are optional. Device reminders are scheduled locally. If you enable community-pack review updates, we use Expo's notification service and the platform push service to deliver generic submission-status notifications. We process a device push token, installation identifier, account/session association and subscription preference. Notification messages do not include your private game answers or report reasons. You can disable reminders and community updates in Settings or revoke notification permission in Android or iOS settings. Signing out or deleting an account removes that session's server notification subscription; scheduled reminders and device permissions have their own local settings.
Local game recovery and connection checks
Unfinished game progress, player names, answers, scores and the content used in a match are saved locally for the current account or guest profile. These game checkpoints are not included in cloud sync or app backup exports. They are removed when the game completes or you explicitly discard it.
Free activities need internet to start or resume. Native connection checks contact Google’s connectivity endpoint, which receives ordinary technical request information such as your IP address. These checks do not send your game content, account identifier or advertising identifier. Verified Pro can start activities offline.
Purchases
Apple or Google processes store payments. RevenueCat helps manage purchase records and Pro access using customer identifiers, transaction information, product details, and entitlement status. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Advertising
Where ads are enabled, Decidjinn uses Google AdMob. Depending on your device, region, and consent choices, Google and its advertising partners may process identifiers, IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Available consent forms identify relevant advertising partners. Use Settings → Ad privacy choices where available to review your choices. Your device also provides advertising privacy controls.
Pro removes in-app ads. We do not send your wheel choices or list text to AdMob for ad targeting. Advertising-related sharing can qualify as a sale or sharing of personal information under some privacy laws; available consent and opt-out choices apply to that processing.
Service providers
We use providers to operate accounts and cloud storage, deliver account emails, manage purchases, serve ads, and host this website and support email. These include Supabase, Resend, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Google sign-in, Expo notifications, and Porkbun. They process information needed for their services. Apple and Google also process store transactions under their own policies.

This website
This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider receives technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, and requested pages, to deliver and protect the site. Store buttons may use your browser’s device information locally to suggest the appropriate store.
Why we process information
We use information to provide requested features, synchronize eligible accounts, verify purchases, respond to support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, the legal bases are performance of our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, legal obligations, and consent for processing that requires it. Consent may be withdrawn through available privacy controls.
Retention and security
Local data remains until you remove it or clear the app’s storage. Account data is kept while needed to provide your account. Account deletion removes your hosted community listings and their submitted revisions as well as the eligible cloud data. Independent copies that others downloaded or shared may remain outside your account. Some reports and moderation audit records may remain to protect the service, with deleted-account references removed where supported. Support correspondence and operational records are kept as needed to resolve requests, protect the service, and meet legal requirements. Launch-list addresses are kept until the launch notice is sent or you request removal. Provider backups and legally required transaction records may persist after deletion. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related uses. Contact support to make a request or appeal a response. We may verify ownership before acting. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. See how to delete your account.
International processing
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Applicable provider agreements and transfer safeguards govern that processing.
Children
Decidjinn is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support so we can investigate and address it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated as required.
