Report a problem
Tell us what happened, your device model, and your app version. Please don’t send passwords, payment-card details, or private list contents.
Purchases and subscriptions
Manage or cancel a subscription through the store where you purchased it. Deleting Decidjinn or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Your account and data
Guest data stays on your device and can be exported manually. A Free account backs up three Decide lists, three wheels, and basic preferences. Verified Pro adds saved groups, custom packs, Trivia records, and recent history. Active games and drafts stay on your device. You can sign out while keeping the local account copy, or remove that copy separately.
